@hope_weird_ is my niece from drought stricken Cape Town. Whilst I was there recently I discovered that she makes her Hot Chocolate in exactly the same way as I – powder, milk, stir, hot water. This makes it more foamy. Hence the foamy experiments on the path to greater foam!
