UPDATE: On 12 December 2024 the NMB ended the punitive tariffs - thank you one and all for voting and applying pressure. It would seem that  requests for the Municipality to provide a definite answer as to exactly who is responsible for ending the punitive water tariffs and, MORE IMPORTANTLY, on what basis, has fallen into the cracks of obfuscation.
