The first Ward 17 (New Brighton) Mandela Month School's Debate will take place at the Small Centenary Hall on Friday the 24th of July. The event is part of a series of Mandela Month activities supported by the MBDA. The first of these activities was the free Route 67 tour and charity drive on Friday the 17th. R2.5m New Brighton sports facility launched
On Friday, 30 May, the Mandela Bay Development Agency (MBDA), accompanied by portfolio councilors from the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality, officially opened a brand new sports facility in Zondi Street, New Brighton.
