Dear MyPE We are delighted with our overwhelming, landslide victories in Ward 10 in the Northern Areas of Port Elizabeth and Ward 10 in Ndlambe Municipality. We are disappointed that we narrowly lost the closely contested Ward 40 by-election by 79 votes in Nelson Mandela Bay. Biggest by-elections to take place on Wednesday
Over 200 000 registered voters in 25 wards across the country's nine provinces are expected go to the polls on Wednesday to elect municipal councillors.
