MBDA’s Tramways proves to be a meeting place for Bay residents
01 June, Port Elizabeth, Nelson Mandela Bay. The redevelopment of the Old Tramways building as a catalytic investment into the Baakens Valley is already starting to bear fruit for Nelson Mandela Bay. The Mandela Bay Development Agency (MBDA), an entity of Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality (NMBM) is currently preparing designs for a facelift for one of Port Elizabeth's oldest building.
