On Tuesday 22 February Port Elizabeth, Nelson Mandela Bay in a joint effort with Cacadu Province delivered what has been described as an overwhelmingly successful third stage of The Cell C Tour of Africa which saw Kristian House retain the gold Lion jersey in the GC Classifications with a 02'22 lead.
