DA lobbies for driving licence testing centres in every Eastern Cape municipality

The DA is lobbying for an increase in the number of municipal- and provincial driving licence testing stations in the Eastern Cape.  The shortage of such centres has directly contributed to the high incidence of illegally purchased licences.
