Ward 1 Mobile Clinic Confined to Barracks
Sister Louw, who is in charge of the Mobile Clinic in Ward 1, would like inform Ward 1 residents of the following difficulty that she is facing this week. The Bisho Traffic Department has not delivered the Mobile Clinic vehicle licence ON TIME therefore Sister Louw can't drive her van for the moment.
