During Question and Answer time at Tuesday morning's PetroSA/NMBBC breakfast a young lady stood up and proceeded to ramble on about her business organisation (a rival to the NMBBC) under the pretext of supporting the lobbying for the siting of the Mthombo Refinery in Coega.
