Coming to enjoy the sun at the Nelson Mandela Bay Sevens were this delegation from parliament - at least we presume they were from there as they brought a message that they were obviously hoping Jacob would read - we have it on good authority that someone reads MyPE to him every day - normally in words of four letters but still acknowledging nonetheless.
