In July General Motors South Africa (GMSA) sold 4 947 vehicles, achieving a market share of 9.1%. The locally produced products remain GMSA's top volume runners with the Isuzu KB at 1 299, followed by Chevrolet Utility which came in at 1294 units and the Chevrolet Spark at 381. The April NAAMSA new vehicles sales showed a decrease of 10 913 units vs March 2015. Total industry volume was 44 503 units, down 3.3 percent vs April 2014. The main factor behind the significantly lower sales this April was the number of public holidays. 41% Increase in Sales for Local Automotive Manufacturer
General Motors South Africa boasts the highest increase in sales volumes for 2010 as revealed in the latest NAAMSA sales results.
