Dear MyPE Nelson Mandela Bay legal firm, Le Roux Incorporated Attorneys, has reportedly offered to reimburse the city of R2 million, which it reportedly received for services rendered on the Nelson Mandela Bay's now-infamous Integrated Public Transport System (IPTS).
