Government has opened two new state-of-the-art clinics in rural Eastern Cape as it moves towards universal access to healthcare. Dear MyPE The DA notes that the Minister of Health, Dr Aaron Motsoaledi, has today gazetted the National Health Insurance (NHI) Bill.
