Luke Watson out for six months
Southern Kings skipper, Luke Watson, has been ruled out for the rest of the 2013 rugby season, following an injury to his ankle. Watson, who was assessed by one of the foremost ankle specialists in Cape Town on Tuesday 25 June 2013 will have to undergo an operation to his ankle, followed by months of rehabilitation. Director of Rugby, Alan Solomons said Killian had refractured his arm during training last week and would not be taking part in any contact until the bone had reknitted. Southern Kings wing, Michael Killian, will miss out on the debut match against the Western Force after having broken his arm during a practice session on Friday.
