The Eastern Province Triathlon Championships, hosted by About IT, will take place this Saturday morning at Pollok Beach with three distances being contested for the Provincial honours. The Super Sprint Distance race for the youth will comprise of a 300m swim, 10km cycle and 2.5km run; the Sprint Distance Triathlon being a 750m swim, 20km cycle and 5km run will be the EP Junior Championships whilst the Olympic distance of a 1500m swim, 40km cycle and 10km run will be for the Seniors.
