Economic Development Minister Ebrahim Patel has welcomed commitments between the Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) merger parties – SABMiller Plc, The Coca-Cola Company and Port Elizabeth based Gutsche Family Investments (GFI), as well as the South African government.
