Dear Standard Bank (via MyPE), I am writing to you to express my annoyance at your branch in Newton Park. Your vehicle gate in Mangold Street makes an awful noise every time it opens and closes. This has been going on for months now. I have phoned the number listed for the Newton Park branch to complain about it and the lady assured me that she would pass the message on.
