One week ago two miscreants stole three CCTV cameras from the perimeter of a Newton Park business. At the time MyPE called one of them out as a Car Guard. (See: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3DIc1_HVNqY) At 05:11 this morning (Saturday 7 November 2015) the more brazen of the two popped back to steal more CCTV Cameras.
