The MyPE Editor says that based on his recent personal experiences (See: “Buying non alcoholic beer is like paying a hooker to cuddle!”) we are definitely what we eat and cites a renewed vigor and healthiness as being directly attributable to a radical change in diet and outlook on life along with aiding in lifting depression.
