Nelson Mandela Bay N2 roadworks completion at 80%, project concludes December 2016: Port Elizabeth – The South African National Roads Agency Soc Ltd (SANRAL) has announced today that the N2 Bramlin off-ramp to Soutwerke near Coega will be completed by December 2016.
