Dear Sir I put a motion of exigency to the council meeting of the 31st May 2011 emphasising the need to address the escalating crime situation in Central. I raised the question of why in its wisdom the Metro had terminated the services provided by a private security company that had enforced and controlled security in Central to an acceptable level.
