The family in the image below decided to park in a Bernard Road park this past Saturday morning. Alongside the children having a wonderful time, the parents decided to have a little drink and tossed their bottle to the side. Then they decided to clean their car out with dustpan and broom, leaving their rubbish in the park. It has been reported that a large section of Lovemore Heights is without water. The broken pipe is on the corner of Melsetter and Bernard Roads.
