The Boomtown Bayeza internship programme achieved a 100% employment rate for its 2018 graduates, and it’s looking to recruit talent for 2019. As an Eastern Cape agency with a national client base, Boomtown found it challenging to find the talent it needed. As a solution it created an intern programme, Bayeza. Bayeza: closing the talent gap

Boomtown’s Bayeza programme was developed four years ago to nurture the talent of young creative from previously disadvantaged communities, who are still studying, or who have recently completed their studies.
