2nd avenue

Port Elizabeth's famous Traffic Cops missed out on a great opportunity to have a bit of fun and rake in piles of cash this past Sunday 19 January 2014. As we turned onto the walkway along Hobie Beach yesterday we noticed cars parked all along the grassed section stretching from Hobie Beach all the way to the turn off to Pollock.
