Stand By for Massive Deals

I recently sent out a mail to all the businesses listed in the MyPE asking them to propose a Massive Deal that will get all of us so excited that it makes you and I want to pick up the phone and tell someone about it IMMEDIATELY, just in case it disappears. Bugger E-mailing, Twittering or Facebooking the deal to someone else as that would just take too long.

We have had a number of proposals and we have sent back the following questions to some of the businesses eager to present Massive Deals to you and I:

  • Is this the kind of deal that makes your heart beat faster whilst you send silent prayers up to the gods of retail to protect you from too many people taking it up?
  • The deal must make you question your sanity – only that way will you get new feet into your shop immediately.
  • MyPE’s role is to find the best deal in order to make it go viral. To put it another way – of the deals that are published I want to make sure that each and every one of them will be remembered for a long time to come – in that way you will kick start or take the word of mouth machine talking about your business to higher levels.
  • We want to ensure a ‘Win, Win, Win’ situation in which MyPE gets brownie points, MyPE readers get Massive Deals and YOUR business gets exposure and feet.

In the back of my mind of course is also the knowledge that we are offering this to advertisers for free – for a limited time, but, that thinking may change in the near future.
