Songololo is a sitcom produced by interns at The Media Workshop in PE. It’s the story of two down-and-out brothers, Ashwell and Jermaine Boontjies and their friend, Mthunzi Mabentsela, who come up with outrageous schemes to make money. They live in the “Grand Hotel” Songololo, which is actually little more than cheap digs.
