SARPA held meetings to discuss financial challenges

The South African Rugby Players Union, SARPA, held several meetings with the Eastern Province Rugby Union and its players on Tuesday to discuss the financial challenges the union currently face.
The main issue on the table was the non-payment of player’s salaries.
EPRU president, Cheeky Watson, said last week that a sponsorship deal is imminent and that will alleviate the union’s financial position.
