A sport facility funded and built a few years ago by 18-time Grand Slam champion Roger Federer’s foundation, is lying neglected and under utilised in Port Elizabeth. The tennis courts at the at the Dan Qeqe Stadium were built at a cost of 500-thousand rand with the hope that future tennis stars would be unearthed.
