Roadworks on the N2 outside East London

Road resurfacing will be taking place on the N2 highway outside East London in the Eastern Cape tomorrow, Tuesday, 1 March 2016.

The South African National Roads Agency Ltd (SANRAL) would like to advise motorists that due to single lane closures on the West bound, from 9:30am until 2pm, traffic will move slowly. All on- and off ramps from the N2 will be open to traffic.

Traffic will also move slowly due to single lane closure of the East bound from 9:30am to 3pm. All on- and off ramps from the N2 will be open to traffic.

“Motorists are urged to travel with caution, plan their trips in advance or take alternative routes,” said Mbulelo Peterson, Regional Manager of Sanral’s Southern Region.
