Roadworks on the N2 in the Eastern Cape:

September 30, 2016: The South African National Roads Agency Limited (SANRAL) would like to notify travellers that the N2/Hargreaves intersection in King William’s Town will be closed for a period of two months commencing on Wednesday 5 October 2016.

During this period traffic on the N2 can continue through the intersection but it will not be able to turn into Hargreaves Avenue and traffic from Hargreaves Avenue will also not be able to turn into the N2. Motorists can use Douglas Street and Welkom Street as an alternatives.

“Motorists are asked to plan their trips accordingly and to use caution when making use of the road,” said Mbulelo Peterson, Regional Manager for SANRAL Southern Region.

SANRAL apologises for any inconvenience caused.
