Roadworks continue in Port Elizabeth:
July 29, 2016 – The South African National Roads Agency Ltd (SANRAL) would like to advise motorists that resurfacing will commence during the day on the East Bound carriage way (towards Grahamstown) on Thursday 4 August between Bramlin and William Moffet interchanges.
Reduced speed limits of 60km/h will be enforced.
There will be no resurfacing on the East Bound carriage way (towards Grahamstown) from today (Friday, 29 July) to Wednesday, 3 August, between Bramlin and Cape Road interchange but there will be lane restrictions in place, thus single lane traffic. However a single lane will be open to traffic on the N2 at Bramlin Road off-ramp to Samantha Way.
“Motorists are asked to adhere to the speed limit to keep workers safe, plan their trips accordingly and to use caution when making use of the road,” said Mbulelo Peterson, SANRAL Southern Region’s Regional Manager.
SANRAL apologises for any inconvenience caused.
