Ramos Design Build along with District Designs set out to design+build the impossible….a tiny 1,100 sf real estate office (in the back of the house) and coffee bar (front) in a single location. The design is industrial chic with ceramic floor tile tile from Spain, three dimensional backsplash subway tile from Italy, reclaim wood and lots of glass. The location is in downtown Tampa at 514 Franklin on the corner of Twiggs and Franklin will be the 4th location of RE/MAX Bay to Bay and the 3rd location of Indigo in the Tampa Bay Area. Ramos along with District Designs are proud to be a part of such a creative project. We credit the City of Tampa Construction Services Department along with our mayor Bob Buckhorn for pushing Tampa forward!! More to follow on the progress of this space….
