RAF to visit New Brighton

The Road Accident Fund (RAF) has declared 2012 “The Year of the Customer”. In continuation of this the RAF is reaching out to customers countrywide by taking their service to the people.

RAF staff members will be at Nangoza Jebe Hall (Centenary Hall), Ntshekisa Road, New Brighton, on 17 November 2012, from 09:00 to 16:00.

Should you have been involved in a motor vehicle accident, this is your opportunity to determine whether you qualify for a claim and find out more about RAF benefits. In addition, existing customers can follow up on the status of their claims. Bring your ID or driver’s license to the event for enquiries.

This is the RAF’s second visit to the Eastern Cape province after a highly successful outreach in Mdantsane (East London) in July 2012 this year. With this campaign in excess of R63 million has been paid out directly to claimants, nationally.
