Private ambulance service unwilling to assist

Just after 11h00 on Wednesday morning, TraumaNet private ambulance service responded to ‘a call’ that metro ambulance services sent out to their own vehicles of a man who had fallen from a building in North End.

Shortly before 12h00, Metro paramedics who responded to the call, reported that TraumaNet refused to transport the badly injured patient with fractures to hospital, because he had no medical aid and wasn’t involved in an accident.

This is very concerning. Is there no oath that they are sworn to work by?

Who does a person report this type of work ethic to that will actually do something about it?
