The Valley Market – Port Elizabeth by NMBT Blog:

The Valley Market is an Artisan Food Fair supplied by local exhibitors and made available to the PE community with the utmost quality and creativity in mind.

This market takes place on the first Saturday of the month and is situated at the corner of Valley Road and Alabaster Street with ample parking for visitors to the market.  It opens at 09h00 and a minimum entry fee is charged.
