About two hours from Nelson Mandela Bay lies the indigenous Tsitsikamma forest in the Garden Route with towering mountains views next to the N2, unpredictable weather and a rugged coastline. “Tsitsikamma” is the Khoi word for “place of abundant or sparkling water” and visitors flock to the plateau of Fynbos year after year in search of the ultimate shot of adrenalin, a breath of fresh ocean air and a true taste of South Africa.
