Own a piece of the city you love

26 October 2016 By Port Elizabethan

Just under 62% of people in Nelson Mandela Bay own their home or are paying off a bond. And Chas Everitt Nelson Mandela Bay is on a mission to get more people to own a piece of the city they love.

Launching its newest marketing campaign Own A Piece Of The City You Love, Chas Everitt Nelson Mandela Bay has invested in outdoor advertising, social media and public relations to bring its vision to life. “Our office markets affordable homes for first-time buyers as well as larger homes for those moving up the property ladder,” says Chas Everitt Nelson Mandela Bay principal Charlotte Vermaak.

“Port Elizabethans are incredibly passionate and positive about their city, and we are fortunately in a position to assist people to own a piece of the city they love.”

Chas Everitt Nelson Mandela Bay has an impressive track record of growing its business by delivering world-class service that creates a loyal client base and increased market share. Now the strategic aim of the office, led by Vermaak, is to continue to leverage the Chas Everitt International brand and the group’s extensive marketing and technology resources to drive revenue and profit.

Thanks to the fact that they evaluate hundreds of properties a month, the Chas Everitt Nelson Mandela Bay team has a comprehensive understanding of local property prices and trends. “And knowing how many affordable homes exist within our city, we want to advise and guide people to feel the pride you experience when you become a home owner,” adds Vermaak.

“There can be no price placed on the sense of security you get when you buy a home you know you can afford.”
