Motherwell, near Port Elizabeth, is the epicentre of the coronavirus in the Nelson Mandela Bay municipality. Residents, there have conflicting views on the lowering of lockdown to level three. Many say it will be detrimental to their health. The metro has been declared an Eastern Cape COVID-19 hotspot.
