Mike on the Manganese Ore

15 August 2018 By Alan Straton

For the past 1 years, Mike has owned a Private Residence in Lorraine.

Mike estimates the additional monthly maintenance and cleaning costs on this asset, as the result of the manganese ore, to be in the region of R NIL per month.

The cost of accelerated wear and tear over the life of Mike’s asset is estimated to be: R NIL.

Mike has this to say about the Manganese Ore pollution from the Port of Port Elizabeth; “From my own experience Richmond Hill seems a bit far for it to be affected by the two facilities.”

Passionate about Port Elizabeth and definitely NOT packing for Perth. Alan's ethos is epitomised in the words of Nelson Mandela; "I have fought against white domination and I have fought against black domination. I have cherished the idea of a democratic and free society. If need be, it is an ideal for which I am prepared to die." See more articles by Alan.
