After sending each business on MyPE an e-mail to update their business details in the MyPE Directory I received a desperate plea from one to remove two of their adverts/listings on MyPE. Due to a change in business focus they were no longer hiring out caravans and now only trading in second hand vans.
Michelle wrote about the number of calls that they were receiving; “..its getting incredibly frustrating for hubby and I as the phone goes all the time to rent out our vans….truly!”
I have now removed two of their listings and given the one remaining one some attention and changes. And it didn’t cost them a cent.
And the moral of the story? Keep MyPE informed of changes to your contact details. You can do so by using this contact form.
