PAMPIERSTAD – The Station Commander of Pampierstad Police Station, Lieutenant Colonel Selebilekogosi Morebodi welcomed the sentence handed down to Mosimanegape Joel Sibanda (47).
Mosimanegape was found guilty in the Kgomotso Magistrate’s Court on a count of stock theft. Mosimanegape was arrested and charged for stock theft together with his three accomplices who were later found not guilty. On 06 August 2021, the accused was in the company of his three accomplices, who were spotted near Jan Kempdorp, loading a white Hyundai bakkie with stolen cattle worth R30 000.
