The famous saying “Let food be your medicine,” was first coined at least 2,500 years ago. Your kitchen cabinet can be your first port of call for these simple, yet effective, home remedies.

This is part of a series of short seasonal videos which introduces medicinal plants that grow around us. The series was developed by artist and filmmaker Annis Joslin, with script and voice by herbalist Elizabeth Mara Baughman, and music composed and created by Babita Mundra with Idle Women, 2021
