This video was taken around Kareedouw Hospital in the Eastern Cape, South Africa. Whilst on duty there for the week end, I quickly went around filming. This is a rural communty with a lot of farmers and a strong identity. It is a good place of meditation, as the beautiful surrounding mountains bring a lot of serenity. Travellers also stop here for a break and lunch.
