I browse through the local English newspaper and wow the stories written lately have so many mistakes or incorrect sentence usage.

I am no English expert but, being old school, ask if anyone actually reads what is written before going to print?

For example the paper keeps saying “Jayde’s hubby” but is not the word “hubby” a term of endearment?

Then the article about the tragic accident on N2 saying that both were traveling alone in a Toyota conquest and an official VW?
