Day 13 of PTSD Challenge after being called out by Sarah Daley who will change her push up environment soon..

Today I had a YOUTHFUL partner in Crime on Youth Day – John, join me in doing the 25 push ups for PTSD at the Van Stadens Flower Reserve. Feels really good to be out in nature again.

I challenge Eugene Lombard to do 25 push ups for 25 days – they will help give him the strength to ride that Wild Hog of his.

The rules are simple:

Once you are nominated your 25 days starts the following day.
Everyday you record yourself doing 25 push-ups even if you have to drop to your knees to get 25
Every day you must nominate a different person.

Let’s reach as many people as possible. Let’s hope by doing this we can build awareness for anyone who is suffering from a mental illness, such as PTSD – you are not alone and we are here for you.
