It is NOT easy to locate parties on the Ballot Papers

Having completed a special vote yesterday, I need to ask why the parties are not listed in alphabetical order? I expected the parties to be listed alphabetically, and so was surprised to see that they are not. I found it difficult to locate the party I wanted to vote for, but after much searching did locate it near the bottom of the page. This is time consuming and will slow down the voting process.

Should most reasonable voters assume that the parties are in alphabetical order, they may be surprised to find their party missing and then vote for another party instead, or spoil their vote. Why did the IEC do this?
