About Glenelg Road Guesthouse

Glenelg Road Guest House is affordable and perfect for both families and corporate visitors. We have two self-catering units, centrally situated in Fernglen, a well-established suburb of Gqeberha. The safe and convenient location is a five to ten-minute drive from most major attractions and facilities.

Our family unit has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a semi-open sleeping area with another double bed. The bathroom in this unit is separate with a shower.

The Studio unit consists of a King Size bed which could be made up as two single beds, if preferred. There is also a comfortable sleeper couch which could be made up as a double bed for that additional person.

Gqeberha offers great beaches that are ideal for water-based activities and swimming. The beautiful and historic city is a great place to explore, including attractions such as the Addo Elephant Park and other game parks, architecture, art and museums.

It is indeed a very nice & cousy place. We enjoyed the privacy and the host is super friendly, indeed a must sleepover in PE.

Glenelg Road Guest House is one to remember. A truly comfortable, clean cottage that makes you feel at home. And greeted and welcomed by such friendly owners. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

We had such a pleasant time here. This would be my first choice when in Gqeberha again. Its a very good venue for business and also has full on DSTV. The hostess was very welcoming and we really received good value for money.

I had such a good stay at Glenelg Road Guesthouse. The hospitality was really good and the staff were friendly. The rooms were modern and well equipped. I will recommend them to others.

Glenelg Road Guesthouse is 1.2km from the centre of Fernglen , the nearest airport 8.2km (Gqeberha Airport).

Passionate about Port Elizabeth and definitely NOT packing for Perth. Alan's ethos is epitomised in the words of Nelson Mandela; "I have fought against white domination and I have fought against black domination. I have cherished the idea of a democratic and free society. If need be, it is an ideal for which I am prepared to die." See more articles by Alan.
