Free Project Management workshop

On Wednesday, June 8 Propella Business Incubator will be hosting a free introductory course on project management.

The course will be facilitated by Glenton De Kock, who is a former project manager at the Nelson Mandela Bay Business Chamber.

“The purpose of the introductory course is to expose workshop attendees to the basic philosophy of project management as a unique and specialised discipline of management” says De Kock.

The course will help attendees to solve practical problems and to learn some of the basic project management tools and techniques that they can use to manage their businesses on a daily basis.

On Wednesday from 9 am De Kock will be giving an introduction to all aspects and tools of project management, including planning, exaction and monitoring.

He will also cover the basics of understanding customer relationships.
