There is also a sizeable patch of Kikuyu growing on a fertile land which could easily be cultivated and planted if so desired or simply irrigated to boost the carrying capacity. The beauty of this arable land is that there is a permanent dam close by and at a higher elevation which will allow for small scale gravity fed irrigation.

There is good access as one only travels a short distance off the main gravel road to reach the farm. Note: there are 2 properties for sale west of the 121ha portion and the new owners thereof will need to travel across the 121ha farm for access.

Wildlife species include Kudu (transient), Bushbuck, Mt. Reedbuck, Klipspringer, Grysbok, Bush Pig, Cape Mountain Leopard as well as other smaller mammals.
Bird species of special interest include Cape rock-jumper, Orange-breasted Sunbird, as well as Black and Martial Eagle and various other birds of prey.
The stock fencing is mostly in a fair condition.
