The MBDA has advised that the Baakens pedestrian bridge contractor got received a permit to transport the Baakens River Valley steel bridge over the next three days: 4 to 8 July 2019, between 9.00am to 15.00pm from Uitenhage to Baakens Valley.
The steel bridge will take up to 3 hours to transport to site.
The plan is to leave Uitenhage each day at 9.00am and arrive at about 12.00pm on those three days. the MBDA will keep us updated if there are any changes to the plan.
